FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md - Cryptologic Technician (Networks) 2nd Class Samantha Thompson, assigned to U.S. Fleet Cyber Command / U.S. 10th Fleet, mans the defencive cyber operations watch officer desk in the maritime operations center in support of Global Cyber Defensive Operations. The Global Cyber Defensive Operations is a U.S. Cyber Command led enduring defensive campaigning activity with Five Eyes partners to hunt and identify Indicators of Compromise commonly used by malicious cyberspace actors on designated networks supporting the Joint Force’s logistics and power projection capabilities globally.
