PORT MORESBY, PAPUA NEW GUINEA - Chief Petty Officer Ausncion, a machinery technician, conducts a clear and bright test on fuel in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, after the Sentinel-class fast response cutter USCGC Oliver Henry (WPC 1140) arrived for a port visit on Aug. 23, 2022, following a patrol in parts of the Coral Sea, and the Solomon Islands and PNG Exclusive Economic Zones. The U.S. Coast Guard is conducting a routine deployment in Oceania as part of Operation Blue Pacific, working alongside Allies, building maritime domain awareness, and sharing best practices with partner nation navies and coast guards.
