MANILA, U.S. Embassy in the Philippines - Service members of the U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3, 9th Engineer Support Battalion, and Naval Combat Engineering Brigade, Philippine Navy, complete the construction of a health clinic in Barangay Taysan, Legazpi City.
