HONOLULU, Hawaii - In this photo file, The U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Midgett (WMSL 757) moors at its new homeport at Base Honolulu Aug. 16, 2019. The Midgett is the eighth of the Coast Guard’s national security cutters and the second to be homeported in Hawaii.
