PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii - Adm. Samuel Paparo, commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT), speaks to attendees of the Combined Force Maritime Component Commander (CFMCC) Flag Officer Course. The U.S. Naval War College and COMPACFLT co-hosted the 2021 CFMCC course. The goal of the course was to strengthen partnerships through executive education while addressing maritime security challenges and increase interoperability throughout the Indo-Pacific region.
