Navy Underwater Construction Team Widens Channel in Micronesia

SAPWAUHFIK, Federated States of Micronesia - Master Chief Equipmentman Emory Cole, from Loma Linda, California and assigned to Underwater Construction Team Two (UCT 2) Construction Dive Detachment /Bravo (CDD/B), carries a suction hose on a shoal in a channel at the Sapwauhfik Atoll in the Federated States of Micronesia on Oct. 24, 2019 in support of Triggerfish 2019. Triggerfish is a U.S. Third Fleet-led mission that employs expeditionary forces to conduct hydrographic surveys and clear hazards to navigation in the Federated States of Micronesia in order to ensure a free and open Indo-Pacific.
