BANGKOK, Thailand - Gen. Robert B. Brown, U.S. Army Pacific commanding general and Gen. Apirat Kongsompong, Royal Thai Army commander-in-chief, address RTA soldiers and senior leaders during a Stryker handover ceremony Sept. 12, 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand. The Royal Thai Army Stryker represents the commitment between the United States and Thailand to modernize the Royal Thai Army, and further supports the U.S.-Thailand alliance’s goal towards a free and open Indo-Pacific. .
