OLONGAPO, Philippines - Soldiers attached to U.S. Army Pacific guide a military vehicle off Military Sealift Command’s time-chartered vessel M/V Cape Hudson (T-AKR 5066) in preparation for exercise Balikatan 2019, March 15. This year’s Balikatan focuses on maritime security and amphibious capabilities, as well as multinational interoperability through military exchanges.
