SANTA RITA, Guam - Cmdr. Richard Salazar smiles as he assumes command of the Los Angeles-class fast attack submarine USS Topeka (SSN 754), March 1. Topeka is one of four Guam-homeported submarines assigned COMSUBRON 15.
