The AFW2 Program works hand-in-hand with the Air Force Survivor Assistance Program, Airman & Family Readiness Centers and the Air Force Medical Service, connecting Airmen and their families with services they need to strengthen their resiliency so Airmen can recover and either return to duty or transition into civilian life.
