CAMP HUMPHREYS, Republic of Korea - Non-commissioned officer (NCO) leaders from 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade are instructing soldiers on how to become better marksmen to ensure every soldier to confidently execute their tasks and skills. NCOs take full responsibility to live the Army Values daily, demonstrate competence, remain motivated and accept constructive criticism so that officers can accomplish their duties and provide the ability to lead soldiers to accomplish any assigned mission.
