WASHINGTON - In this file photo, U.S. Army Gen. Robert Abrams, commanding general of U.S. Army Forces Command, and Command Sgt. Maj. Michael Grinston survey the work of Soldiers deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve and assigned to the 458th Engineer Battalion at Camp Taji, Iraq, Nov. 16, 2017. Camp Taji is one of four CJTF-OIR building partner capacity locations dedicated to training partner forces and enhancing their effectiveness on the battlefield. CJTF-OIR is the global Coalition to defeat ISIS in Iraq and Syria.
