Soldiers Join Marines for Grueling Helocast Operations Training

MARINE CORPS BASE, Hawaii - A Soldier with the 95th Engineer Company (Clearance), 130th Engineer Brigade, 8th Theater Sustainment Command, jumps out of a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter belonging to Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 463 (HMH-463) during helocast operations training January 25, 2018 at Marine Corps Base Hawaii. Throughout the training, the Soldiers simulated being inserted into a military area of operations by exiting an aircraft just above the water's surface.
