TAM KY, Vietnam - Doctors, midwives and nurse practitioners from Quang Nam province, Vietnam, attend a subject matter exchange on emergency maternal and fetal care as part of Pacific Angel (PACANGEL) 17-2 in Tam Ky, Vietnam, Sept. 6, 2017. Since 2007, PACANGEL engagements have impacted the lives of tens of thousands of people through providing health services ranging from dental, optometry, pediatrics and physical therapy to civil engineering programs, humanitarian aid and disaster relief and subject matter exchanges.
