TONGATAPU ISLAND, Tonga - U.S. Marines and sailors with Task Force Koa Moana 17, Tonga’s His Majesty’s Armed Forces, French soldiers and members of the New Zealand Defense Force stand at attention as a Tongan flag is raised during the opening ceremony of Exercise TAFAKULA July 17 on Tongatapu Island, Tonga. The ceremony marks the start of two weeks of infantry and law enforcement training between the militaries.
