A U.S. Air Force C-17 aircrew salutes as U.S Army Soldiers from the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) conduct a repatriation ceremony of possible American remains in New Delhi, India, Apr. 13, 2016. Secretary of Defense Ash Carter attended the ceremony during his visit to India. The remains that were turned over to DPAA are possibly related to a 1940's Army Air Force aircrew crash that occurred in India.
