YONGSAN GARRISON, South Korea (Feb. 26, 2015) - South Korean medical soldiers carry a simulated American casualty during a training exercise with Soldiers from 65th Medical Brigade and other elements of the U.S. Eighth Army near Yangju. The purpose of the combined Korea-U.S. military exercise was to synchronize medical operations in the event of a mass casualty situation caused by chemical or biological munitions.
