SOUTH CHINA SEA - Military Sealift Command's Lewis and Clark-class dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Richard E. Byrd (T-AKE 4) steams alongside the Indian Navy's anti-submarine warfare corvette INS Kiltan (P 30) during a replenishment at sea. The U.S. Navy regularly operates with allies and partners, both bilaterally and multilaterally to promote security and stability throughout the Indo-Pacific region.
