YOKOSUKA, Japan (Sept. 23, 2025) – Cmdr. Stanley Favard, acting commanding officer of U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (USNMRTC) Yokosuka, announces the start of a mass casualty drill over the hospital’s 1MC system.
