JAPAN (Jan. 28, 2025) — U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Jeovany Vasquez, 459th Airlift Squadron UH-1N Huey instructor flight engineer, conducts a simulated rescue operation during a search and rescue hoist training maneuver Jan. 28, 2025. The UH-1N is one of two aircraft from the 459th AS, initially crafted for casualty evacuation, with the capacity to accommodate six stretchers, 11 ambulatory patients, or two prone patients with medical technicians on board.
