Dillon Savitzky, a Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport Division Newport engineer and certified second-class Navy diver, jumps into the water from the submarine tender USS Emory S. Land (AS 39) to conduct maintenance on the submarine USS Hawaii (SSN 776) at HMAS Stirling in Perth, Australia, on Aug. 28, 2024.
