Nevada Army National Guard leadership, including Brig. Gen. Troy Armstrong, center, visited with Soldiers and military personnel from allied partner nations in the South Pacific this past weekend during Exercise Cartwheel 2023, a multinational military training exercise conducted in Fiji this month. WASHINGTON, DC - Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III arrives at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan to visit U.S. troops stationed in the country, May, 31, 2023.
