Brendan Gaarde, a contractor, installs a new blade in a low-pressure turbine in the F-22 Raptors at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Sept. 17, 2020. The 3rd Maintenance Squadron recently finished a Time Compliance Technical Order replacing the older blades with a newer design.
