LTJG Brandon Vitton gives Japanese media a tour of the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Chancellorsville’s (CG 62) bridge on March 30. Chancellorsville, which is forward deployed at U.S. Fleet Activities Yokosuka, welcomed media and thousands of other Japanese guests during the installation’s 26th annual Spring Festival. Fleet Activities Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
