John Richardson speaks with Sailors Of The Year from various afloat, shore, and reserve force 7th Fleet units inside the Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Club at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). CFAY provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant command, and more than 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
