WASHINGTON - Adm. Phil Davidson, commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), answers questions during a panel discussion, 9 Jan 2019, at the Raisina Dialogue in New Delhi, India The Raisina Dialogue is hosted by the Observer Research Foundation in collaboration with the Government of India, Ministry of External Affairs and is a multilateral conference committed to addressing the most challenging issues facing the global community. This is the fourth Raisina Dialogue and the fourth time the USINDOPACOM commander has participated.
