Naval Air Crewman (Helicopter) 2nd Class Spencer Kachele, assigned to the “Island Knights” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 25, secures a litter, loaded with a search and rescue (SAR) dummy, aboard a Mark VI patrol boat manned by Coastal Riverine Squadron 4, Det. Guam, during a joint SAR exercise with U.S. Coast Guard Sector Guam, Feb. 23, 2018. HSC-25 maintains a 24-hour search and rescue and medical evacuation alert posture, directly supporting the U.S. Coast Guard, Sector Guam and Joint Region Marianas.
