U.S. Marine Corps Pfc. The event consisted of various exercises, including a 25 meter underwater swim, static breath holds, a 1km swim, and gear retrievals. The unit’s training program aims to prepare students for the stresses of the BRC by offering a broad, realistic curriculum, challenging them both mentally and physically.
