Anthony Spadaro, the U.S. Pacific Command senior enlisted leader, coins Japan Air Self-Defense Force Chief Warrant Officer Hirotakn Sasaki, command chief of Northern Aircraft Control and Warning Wing, during a two-day visit at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Dec. 20, 2017.
