Capt. Hank Kim, U.S. Naval Forces Korea chief of staff, and Capt. Kwang Lee, naval attache to the U.S. Embassy, lay flowers at the Gen. Douglas MacArthur statue during the 67th Incheon Landing Operations Commemoration ceremony. Incheon landing was a combined U.S. and ROK military assault during the Korean War is considered one of the most significant and successful operations in the history of amphibious warfare.
