Sri Lankan nationals pose for photos while waiting to be seen by doctors during Pacific Angel (PACANGEL) 16-3 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka, Aug. 17, 2016. Today was the last day of health services at site one where over 2,100 patients were seen; operations will resume Thursday at site two. U.S. Army Maj. Michael Dickman, a family practice physician with the Tripler Army General Hospital, said the teamwork with the Sri Lankan Air Force has helped overcome the hurdles at site one to ensure a smooth operation at site two. He added that we are here to build trust and help the community, and he believes we are accomplishing exactly that. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Brittany A. Chase)
