(July 22, 2016) - Commander of U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM), Adm. Harry B. Harris Jr., right, meets with New Zealand Minister of Defense Gerry Brownlee at USPACOM headquarters during Brownlee's visit here. Harris met with Brownlee at the USPACOM headquarters to discuss the security environment in the Indo-Asia-Pacific and planned ongoing activities in the USPACOM area of responsibility, including the United States Government's plan to conduct its first U.S. Navy ship visit to New Zealand in over three decades as part of the International Fleet Review associated with the Royal New Zealand Navy's 75th anniversary celebration in November 2016.
