MARFORPAC, Philippine Marine Corps conduct partnered communications training during Archipelagic Coastal Defense Continuum

During the ceremony, U.S. Navy Cmdr. Charles Diehl assumed command from Cmdr. Glenn Smith. Theodore Roosevelt, flagship of Carrier Strike Group Nine, is underway conducting routine operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations. III MEF conducts incidental combat rubber raiding craft course in Japan
