BAN CHAM KHO, RAYONG, Thailand – U.S. Marines, Royal Thai Navy and Japan Ground Self-Defense Force members lay a concrete slab for an open air classroom at the Ban Cham Kho school project in Rayong, Thailand, on Jan. 27. The Ban Cham Kho building project is part of Cobra Gold 2016. Cobra Gold is a Thai-U.S. co-sponsored exercise that demonstrates the commitment of the Kingdom of Thailand and the United States to our long-standing alliance and regional partnership toward advancing prosperity and security in the Asia-Pacific region.
