A student from SMARTER Brunei, a center dedicated to helping people of all ages with autism, dances during a performance featuring both the U.S. 7th Fleet Band's contemporary music ensemble Orient Express and the Royal Brunei Navy Band during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Brunei 2015.
