Brian Delamater, Chief of Pacific Air Forces Advanced and Warfighter Integration Division, and Senior Captain Liang Yang, Deputy Director Operations Department, Navy Headquarters, Peoples Liberation Army, sign the meeting minutes for the bi-annual Military Maritime Consultative Agreement (MMCA) talks, held Nov. 21-24, at Headquarters, Pacific Air Forces.
