James Barnett, 18th AMDS NCO in charge of flight medicine, assist a volunteer playing the part of a flight crew member that is ill after returning from a deployment during a medical emergency management exercise, at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The 18th Medical Group conducted this exercise to test readiness in a disease containment scenario.
