SINGAPORE (Jan. 23, 2015) - Commander, Task Force (CTF) 73, Rear Adm. Charlie Williams addresses military members during a senior enlisted leadership engagement held in Singapore. More than 25 enlisted leaders representing the U.S., Singaporean, British, Australian, and New Zealand armed forces met to discuss enlisted issues and enhance country-to-country partnerships in Singapore.
