FORT SHAFTER, Hawaii — The U.S. Army War College's Unified Command Course International Fellows visited headquarters U.S. Army Pacific on Feb. 18, 2026, to gain insights into leadership and strategic decision-making within the Indo-Pacific region.

USARPAC Deputy Commanding General Maj. Gen. Lance Okamura welcomed the fellows and expressed the importance of our partners and Allies.

USARPAC introduced the fellows to strategic perspectives and the elements of national power that shape the implementation of the U.S. national security strategy in the Indo-Pacific theater.

The visit provided a deeper understanding of how partnerships are fundamental to overcoming regional challenges, particularly in the Indo-Pacific.
