Pilapil, the deputy commander of the Installation Management Command, Philippine Army (IMCOM PA), and Brig. Gen. Mario D. Jacinto, the assistant division commander of the 7th Infantry Division, during an honors ceremony on February 13, 2026.

Clark also had an office call hosted by Maj. Gen. Joseph Norwin D. Pasamonte, the commander of the 7th Infantry (Kaugnay) Division. The 7th ID and IMCOM PA work alongside the 25th Infantry Division (25thID) to support the Army Rotational Forces in the Philippines (ARF-P).

The 25ID ongoing rotational presence facilitates improvements in Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) projects and command and control.

The Republic of the Philippines is the United States' oldest mutual defense treaty ally in the Indo-Pacific, and our close historical ties extend more than a century.
