DILI, Timor-Leste -- The United States Embassy in Timor-Leste donated over 1,500 liters of concentrated disinfectant and a variety of cleaning materials to the Government of Timor-Leste’s Integrated Crisis Management Office as part of its ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The project includes training materials on how to safely convert the concentrated disinfectant to over 750,000 liters of cleaning solution. This donation will support hundreds of schools and health clinics around Timor-Leste stay clean and healthy.
The items were handed over by U.S. Ambassador Kathleen Fitzpatrick and Office of Defense Cooperation Chief Major Pablo Valerín.
