The virtual ceremony will be made available via live streaming over the Navy Region Hawaii Facebook or Twitter page from 9:00 – 9:30 am. The event is closed to the public in order to maintain COVID-19-related social distancing requirements.

The ceremony will be held in the vicinity of the Lone Sailor Statue on the grounds of the Pearl Harbor National Memorial Visitor Center and will feature music by the Pacific Fleet Band as well as remarks by Admiral John Aquilino, Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet and Rear Admiral Robert Chadwick, Commander, Navy Region Hawaii.
