PHILIPPINES - Soldiers of the Philippine Army’s 5th and 7th Infantry Divisions and U.S. Army Soldiers from 2nd Battalion, 11th Field Artillery Regiment, 25 Infantry Division, conduct live-fire training during Salaknib 2025, April 01, 2025. The live-fire training offered a vital platform for soldiers to exchange tactics, techniques, and procedures, deepening their understanding of each other's operational approaches and enhancing overall teamwork and combined effectiveness in the field. Salaknib 2025 is an annual exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. Military designed to strengthen bilateral interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
