VP-26 Completes Trilateral Air Exercise with Australia and Japan

MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan - Members of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF), and Patrol Squadron 26 pose for a group photo on the flight line of Naval Air Facility Misawa. The U.S.-led exercise was conducted with the RAAF and JMSDF, and was designed to practice and discuss maritime patrol tactics in order to enhance interoperability of the U.S. and its allies to meet traditional and non-traditional maritime security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.
