U.S. Provides Additional Php 50 million for Typhoon Odette Emergency Response

MANILA, U.S. Embassy in the Philippines - In partnership with the United Nations World Food Programme, USAID has facilitated the distribution of food packs to those affected by Typhoon Odette and set up emergency logistics hubs in Surigao del Norte. To date, USAID has provided more than $1.2 million to support Philippine relief efforts in areas affected by the typhoon.
