YOKOSUKA, Japan - In this file photo, the Seawolf-class fast-attack submarine USS Connecticut (SSN 22) arrives at Fleet Activities Yokosuka for a scheduled port visit. Connecticut is conducting maritime operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet to maintain a safe and open Indo-Pacific.
