SAN DIEGO, California - Vice Adm. Steve Koehler, commander, U.S. 3rd Fleet briefs Indian Navy Vice Chief of Naval Staff Vice Adm. G. Ashok Kumar on 3rd Fleet organization and mission, June 28. Kumar’s visit to 3rd Fleet headquarters focused on U.S. Navy-Indian Navy cooperation in the area of undersea domain awareness.
