CAMP ZAMA, Japan - From left, Steve Niederriter, deputy garrison commander, U.S. Army Garrison Japan; Col. Thomas Matelski, commander of USAG Japan; and USAG Japan Command Sgt. Maj. Justin Turner stand outside the headquarters building at Camp Zama, Japan, at 2:46 p.m. March 11, in commemoration of the magnitude 9.0 earthquake that struck off the eastern coast of Japan 10 years ago.
