MANILA, Philippines - Philippine National Police – Maritime Group, Director, Police Brigadier General R’win Pagkalinawan and Deputy Director, Joint Interagency Task Force West, U.S. Indo-Pacom sign documents turning over a patrol boat facility from the U.S. to the Philippines.
