APRA HARBOR, Guam - A U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Stratton (WMSL 752) boarding team arrives to conduct a fisheries law enforcement boarding on a Chinese Taipei-flagged fishing vessel on the high seas of the Western Pacific in late October 2019. This part of the patrol of the Pacific deters illegal fishing of highly migratory fish stocks such as tuna and protects the economies and food security of many Pacific Island Nations and Territories.
